Sally's Dance Academy is owned by Sally Neal.  Sally has been dancing herself since she was 3 and has undertaken exams, shows and competitions.  Sally trained under the ISTD & Cecchetti Ballet, but later changed to the BTDA (British Theatre Dance Association).  The school undertakes exams regularly with the BTDA, and will run a show every 2 years.  The pupils have also been involved in competitions, local events and some of our students have appeared in music videos for emerging artists.  All children are encouraged to take part in the above, but it does remain optional. 

Sally believes that children should come to dancing not only to learn new skills, gain qualifications, gain confidence, exercise, but the most important one is to have fun and enjoy.

All of the teachers at SDA have been trained by Sally from an early age and have undertaken examinations with the BTDA.

Sally's Dance Academy has two branches, Seven Kings (Ilford) and Kelvedon Hatch (Brentwood).

The ages which are taught are from 3 - 20yrs.

All examinations are taken with the BTDA (British Theatre Dance Association). 

All teachers have been DBS checked and we also have a qualified First Aider and safe guarding officer on site.

We have in place our Safe Guarding of Children Policy and Parent Code of Conduct, this is kept at the school for all parents to view.
